The following are included in the cost of registration: Lunch, morning and afternoon tea on each day of the workshop; one ticket to the Workshop Dinner; and the Book of Abstracts.

Extra tickets for the dinner may be purchased at a cost of $120 + GST.

The registration fees are $280 + GST (normal) and $140 + GST (student).
